Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Stadna DZ ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application for discovering and booking sports stadiums. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide

• Account information: your email address and a password. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see or store your password.
• Bookings & favorites: the stadiums and time slots you book, and the stadiums you save as favorites.
• Reviews: the ratings and comments you post. Reviews are public: all users of the App can see them.
• Reports: when you report a review, we receive your email address together with the reported review, so we can moderate it.

b) Information from stadium managers

• Stadium photos: managers can take or choose photos to upload for a stadium.
• Stadium location: managers can use their device's current location to set a stadium's position. This location is sent to our server as the stadium's coordinates.
• Spreadsheets: managers can upload a spreadsheet to import stadiums. It is processed to create the stadium list and is not kept.

c) Information collected automatically

• Your location on the map: with your permission, the map can show your current position. This stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. You can deny or revoke location permission at any time in your device settings; the App remains usable without it.
• Technical data: our servers receive your IP address and basic request information (such as error logs) needed to run and secure the service.
• Map images: maps are loaded from OpenFreeMap (map data © OpenStreetMap contributors). Like any website, the map server receives your IP address when your device downloads map images; no account or identifier is sent.
• Sign-in security: Google Firebase Authentication collects your IP address and account identifiers to secure sign-in, under the Google Privacy Policy.

The list of users you block is stored only on your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you securely.
• To process and display your bookings, favorites, and reviews.
• To show stadiums and their locations on the map.
• To send account-related emails (such as verification codes and password-reset links).
• To moderate reviews and enforce our Terms of Use.
• To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the App.

3. Permissions We Request

Permission	Why we use it
Location	To show your position on the map, and to let stadium managers set a stadium's location.
Camera	To let stadium managers take stadium photos.
Photos / Media	To let stadium managers choose stadium photos.
Internet	To connect to our servers and load stadium data.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. Our administrators, who manage stadiums and bookings in the App, can see your email address together with your bookings. We share information only with service providers that help us run the App:

Google Firebase (Authentication)	Secure account sign-up and login.
Brevo (email delivery)	Sending your email verification codes and password-reset links, and delivering review reports to our team.
OpenFreeMap (OpenStreetMap data)	Displaying maps and stadium locations.
Our hosting / backend provider	Storing your account, bookings, favorites, and reviews.

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your account record and associated data (bookings, favorites, and reviews) as described in Section 7. Copies may remain in our secured server backups for up to 7 days, until those backups are overwritten. Some records may be retained for longer only where required by law.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and token-based authentication. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You can see your account information in the App at any time, and delete your own reviews and favorites there. You may also delete your account and all associated data:

• In the App: go to Profile → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account, bookings, favorites, and reviews.
• By request: email us at the address below and we will process your deletion request.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL, with the effective date updated accordingly.
