These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Stadna DZ ("the App", "we", "us"),
a mobile application for discovering and booking sports stadiums. By creating an account or using the App,
you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree,
please do not use the App.
1. Your Account
You must sign up with a valid email address that you own.
Keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Do not impersonate another person or create accounts for someone else.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account
(see Account & Data Deletion).
2. Bookings
A booking is a request for a time slot at a stadium. Stadium management may accept or reject it.
Please arrive on time, and cancel in the App if you cannot attend.
Stadium information (opening hours, prices, facilities and photos) is provided for convenience and may change.
Some photos may be illustrative.
Your use of a stadium is subject to that stadium's own rules.
3. Reviews and User Content
You can rate stadiums and write reviews. Reviews are visible to all users of the App, and you are
responsible for what you post. The following content and behavior are not allowed,
and we have zero tolerance for them:
Harassment, bullying, threats, or incitement to violence.
Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
Sexually explicit, obscene, or vulgar content.
Other people's personal information (such as phone numbers or addresses).
Spam, advertising, or promotion of other services.
Fake or deliberately misleading reviews.
Illegal content, or content that promotes illegal activities.
Content that infringes the rights of others (for example, copyright or trademarks).
4. Reporting, Blocking and Moderation
Tap the ⋯ button on any review to Report it, or to Block
its author. You will no longer see reviews from users you block.
We review reports promptly and remove content that breaks these Terms.
We may suspend or permanently disable the accounts of users who break these Terms, without prior notice.
You can delete your own review at any time from the same ⋯ button.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the App. For example, do not try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the App or our servers,
scrape data, or make fake bookings.
6. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the App
if you break these Terms.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free, or that
stadium information is always accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages
arising from your use of the App or of any stadium.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL,
with the effective date updated accordingly. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new Terms.
